Disco Queen

Fast paced funk fun. A classic retro take on the funk era, with an animated bass line, wah guitar and all important horn section providing the ingredients for a solid disco track. Sprinkled with hammond organ backing and 70s style electric guitar leads, and built on an energetic drum and percussion groove, it makes for a perfect backing track due to its stable dynamic and consistency throughout. Non stop movement with a good time party feel.

Starting where all the best funk beats start - with a strong bass line - the groove adds funk guitar and lead lines, gradually ramping up the intensity with synth pulses and swells. Stripping back to funk guitar to change the vibe allows a slow build up, soon switching moods to a temporary synth based, hard techno feel before breaking back to the disco fun. Modern funk soul track. Building, of course, from the rhythm section up, you get a super solid drum beat with a deep funk bassline and electric guitar strums. Prominent vocal noises add a different characteristic to the percussiveness of the groove, and a sharp synth lead gives you the hook. A little bit different, offering a strong dancefloor vibe with genuine funk style.
