Hybrid orchestral tension builder. Building gradually off a base of industrial percussion, we get fast action strings and bold brass mixed with modern, rhythmic synth pulses. Dramatic and getting ever more intense, it's sole purpose is to bulldozer on to its climax - a symphonic, gritty drop to finalise the action.

Dreamy orchestral track. Spritely and fleeting in spirit, with fast, light string melodies accentuating off beats, and dramatically epic thanks to the pounding tribal percussion, it's a dynamic mixture of beautiful serenity and playful power. A free flowing, adventurous piece with a serious determination and purpose.

Dramatic orchestral hybrid. Epic percussion, soaring strings and aggressive brass combine for a theme that's as mysterious as it is glorious. A delicate midsection of keyboard, strings and textures provides a serene contrast and a vehicle to build the music to its intense climax of percussive hits, string runs and fast brass passages. Subtly finished with a light arpeggiated piano theme, it's a dynamically diverse piece covering many moods, but always within the realm of intense cinematic action.

Fast moving, hard hitting cinematic track with a full-on intensity and underlying aggression. Mixing the sinister with the heroic, it's dark, it's dramatic, it's epic - and uses all the usual ingredients of stabbing string ostinato, deep brass swells, pounding percussion and rhythmic pulses to create the mood. Very energising.

If I say 'pirates' and you think 'Caribbean', then we both know where this is heading. With more than a passing reference to a certain well-known theme, it's every bit as swashbuckling, unleashing the full power of a cinematic orchestra and its percussive ensemble. Having said that, it does have slightly less seafaring tendencies and could easily lend itself to many other action settings from thrillers to adventure scenes, given its generally sterner feel. Epic stuff.
